I known that, but you need balance between user experience and notice. User can click close button to reject cookie https://tppr.me/v01, or you can add a button on cookie inform content to allow user reject. All requirement listed is available, if need some expand function you can try some GDPR plugin.
If I were you, I would extend the cookie banner function by the possibility to reject cookies. This would be a simplification for customers from Europe.
GDPR require notice to user the site use cookie and allow user their remove account to protect privacy. All about that included follow requirement from our our previous clients. If you doubt about GDPR integrated, you can disable cookie from Campoal > Appearance > Cookie and use a another plugin.
